How SKATE Windows Reduce Noise
Three seal lines and a 12 mm sash overlap block the air gaps that carry sound. Argon-filled laminated insulating glass damps vibration in the glass itself. Our 90 series casement window with Low-E triple glazing tested at Rw 44 dB (GB/T 8485-2008).

A: Yes. Tilt and turn hardware can be supplied with a lockable handle so guests can tilt the window for air but not open it fully.
Q2: Which glass gives the best sound reduction?
A: Argon-filled insulating glass with at least one laminated pane. We recommend the configuration based on the noise level at your site.
Q3: Are your finishes suitable for coastal resorts?
A: We use AkzoNobel powder on a Gema coating line; fluorocarbon (PVDF) and anodized finishes are also available for demanding climates.
