A Full-Process Quality Assurance System
Quality is not determined by a single process or a single piece of equipment. It is the result of coordinated control across materials, manufacturing processes, structural design, sealing systems, surface treatment, glass performance, and final inspection. Our quality assurance system focuses on eight critical dimensions:
01. Material Quality Control
Quality starts with the materials used in every window and door.
SKATE uses high-grade European-standard 6060-T66 aluminum profiles as a key structural material, providing a strong foundation for long-term performance.
For glass processing, we use original glass from leading suppliers including Jinjing and Xinyi, with argon filling applied to improve the quality and thermal performance of the glazing system.
We also work with established suppliers and maintain a structured supplier management system to continuously optimize our supply network and product quality.
Key Quality Focus
High-grade 6060-T66 aluminum profiles
Jinjing and Xinyi glass
Argon-filled insulating glass
High-temperature-resistant thermal insulation strips
Qualified component and hardware suppliers
02. Precision Manufacturing
Precision manufacturing directly affects the fit, sealing, operation, and overall performance of windows and doors.
SKATE integrates CNC machining equipment and precision manufacturing processes to control critical dimensions during production.
Our CNC machining system achieves positioning accuracy of up to ±0.05 mm, helping ensure precise hardware installation, accurate component assembly, and stable window and door operation.
Precision Manufacturing Highlights
CNC machining equipment
Positioning accuracy up to ±0.05 mm
Precision cutting and machining
Accurate hardware installation
Consistent component dimensions
03. Structural Integrity & Laser Cold Welding
The structural strength of a window or door depends heavily on the quality of its corner connections.
SKATE's third-generation seamless window technology incorporates low-temperature laser cold welding with infrared positioning and deep penetration welding technology.
Compared with conventional high-temperature welding processes, the low-temperature welding process minimizes thermal damage to the aluminum profile and helps protect the performance of the thermal insulation system.
The welding strength can reach more than 85% of the profile's original strength, while the corner strength is increased by 50%.
The process also features a heat-affected zone of less than 0.5 mm and a surface temperature of no more than 80°C, helping protect the profile and thermal insulation components during welding.
Structural Quality Highlights
Low-temperature laser cold welding
Infrared positioning
Deep penetration welding
Welding strength ≥85% of profile strength
Corner strength increased by 50%
Heat-affected zone <0.5 mm
04. Air & Water Tightness
A strong frame alone is not enough to create a high-performance window.
Sealing performance depends on the interaction between the frame structure, corner connection, and sealing system.
SKATE combines seamless welding technology with a 12 mm ultra-wide overlap sealing gasket to improve the overall sealing performance of the window.
The ultra-wide sealing system increases overall window sealing performance by 30%, helping address potential air leakage and water penetration at critical corner areas.
This creates a combined protection system of:
Strong Corners + Wide-Overlap Sealing
for improved airtightness and watertightness.
Sealing Quality Highlights
12 mm ultra-wide overlap gasket
Seamless corner structure
Sealing performance increased by 30%
Protection against air leakage
Protection against water penetration
05. Surface Protection & Coating Durability
Long-term appearance and corrosion resistance depend on both coating materials and the surface treatment process.
SKATE uses a Swiss GEMA integrated powder coating line and supports full-frame powder coating for improved color consistency.
The production system supports one-time coating of frames up to 3 m × 6 m, with a corner and edge coverage rate of up to 99%.
We use powder coatings from internationally recognized brands including AkzoNobel and Tiger, combined with 230°C curing and refined pretreatment processes.
The coating system is designed to provide strong adhesion, corrosion resistance, and long-term color stability, with a stated durability of up to 20 years without fading.
SKATE also uses a self-developed 260°C high-temperature-resistant thermal insulation strip, allowing the thermal insulation components to withstand the integrated frame coating process.
Surface Quality Highlights

Full-frame powder coating
Up to 3 m × 6 m frame coating
Up to 99% edge and corner coverage
AkzoNobel / Tiger powder coatings
230°C curing process
High-temperature-resistant thermal insulation strips
Up to 20-year color durability
06. Thermal & Energy Performance
Thermal performance is another critical part of window and door quality.
SKATE has developed nano-insulated glass in cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
According to the technical specifications of the system, the nano-insulated glass provides 30% higher thermal insulation performance than ordinary Low-E glass, while its insulation performance is designed to remain stable over time.
Combined with high-performance thermal insulation strips and a high-sealing window structure, the glazing system contributes to improved overall thermal performance.

07. Performance Testing & Verification
Quality claims must be supported by performance verification.
SKATE products are supported by multiple performance test reports covering key aspects of structural performance and durability.
The technical system includes:
Wind Pressure Testing
Products have passed testing equivalent to Grade 9 wind pressure / Level 12 typhoon conditions, with deformation controlled to ≤1.5 mm/m, exceeding the stated national standard requirement.
Opening & Closing Fatigue Testing
Welded connections have passed 100,000 opening and closing cycles, providing verification of long-term operating durability.
These tests help verify the structural stability, durability, and operational reliability of the finished window and door systems.
Performance Verification Includes
Wind pressure resistance testing
Structural deformation testing
Opening and closing fatigue testing
Long-term durability verification
Performance test reports
08. Digital Production & Quality Traceability
Consistent quality requires consistent manufacturing processes.
SKATE integrates automated production lines with a QR-code traceability system, enabling production information to be tracked throughout the manufacturing process.
Digital production management helps improve production scheduling efficiency while supporting full-process data traceability.
With integrated control from aluminum extrusion and glass processing to CNC machining, powder coating, and final assembly, SKATE is able to maintain greater control over the complete manufacturing process.
