A round casement window from SKATE goes further: within the precision-bent circular frame sits an operable sash - hinged, pivoting, or awning-style - so the porthole that defines your gable, stairwell, or bathroom facade also delivers real ventilation. Producing an openable circular window demands exacting fabrication: the frame and sash must be cold-bent from bendable-grade 6063-T5 profiles to perfectly matching radii, with the flexible PA66 GF25 thermal break maintained intact through the bending process, and continuous EPDM gaskets seated evenly around the full circumference.
SKATE's CNC-controlled bending equipment produces frame and sash arcs that align within fine tolerances, ensuring the sash compresses uniformly into its seal at every point of the circle.
