Engineering & Construction
The frame and sash profiles are extruded from 6063-T5 aluminium alloy with wall thicknesses ranging from 1.2 mm to 1.6 mm, providing an optimal balance between structural rigidity and thermal mass. All profiles incorporate PA66 GF25 polyamide thermal break strips, which interrupt the aluminium's natural conductivity and significantly reduce heat loss and condensation on the interior surface.
Glazing is accommodated in a range of configurations - from standard 22 mm double-glazed units up to 24 mm Low-E argon-filled glass - to meet energy efficiency targets in both temperate and cold climates.
