Requirements for airtightness
1. Corner sealing strip (glue corner) : The sealing strip should avoid corner splicing, and the corner sealing strip should be designed as a 90-degree integral glue corner.
2. Sealing strip of the frame fan: Design three sealing rubber strips for the opening part of the fan: the main sealing strip, the fan crimping strip, and the frame crimping strip.

Anti-leakage requirements
1. The external window must be equipped with drainage channels, drainage outlets, and exhaust holes (air pressure balance holes) to discharge water in the window frame fan. The outer side of the drain should be equipped with a buckle cover to prevent strong winds from blowing rain and dust into the window sash.
2. The heat insulation strip should adopt a C-type structure, and the internal and external aluminum profiles are combined on the same level to avoid leakage and corrosion hazards caused by water in the heat insulation strip. At the same time, the length of heat insulation strip can be increased to improve thermal performance.
3. Size of door and window openings: the structural opening should not be reserved too large to avoid potential leakage caused by sealing difficulties.
4. Groove: For special reasons, such as the external wall is a stone curtain wall, the hole reservation size is large, the structural opening is recommended to do groove, groove should be poured at the same time with the concrete wall.
5. Exterior window sill board: For buildings with exterior wall materials as paint, metal window sill board is recommended. The inside of the metal sill plate should be pressed into the window frame, and the outside should protrude the wall to do dripping.
6. Window frame and structural opening: the window frame should be installed in the vertical, such as the lateral installation, should be brought in 20mm, to prevent structural construction errors lead to the window frame installed outside the structure skin, resulting in rain leakage.
Frame fan structure requirements
1. Group Angle: Group Angle is an important process related to the integrity of doors and Windows.
Gluing process: under normal circumstances, the Angle code gluing group gluing process should be used, and the window Angle should not be extruded without gluing.
Gluing process: The group Angle can also adopt the two-component gluing corner sheet process of the corner code guide gluing hole to ensure the strength requirements of the corner and ensure that the finished products of the door and window are not deformed and displaced after transportation and installation.

Thermal insulation requirements
1. The cavity design of the profile: the profile should adopt a multi-cavity structure to reduce the loss of heat, and should make the outer window heat insulation component co-planar above and below to form an overall heat insulation surface, eliminate the cold bridge, and block the heat loss channel.
2. Heat insulation strips should be installed in the glass installation slot: increase the number of air chambers, reduce the heat loss between the insulating glass around and the profile, and improve the insulation effect of the whole window.
3. The window sash should adopt T-type heat insulation strip design: The window sash heat insulation strip is designed to be T-type, and is bonded with the middle rubber strip to realize the cold and hot partition at the connection of the fan frame. Do not put the middle rubber strip directly on the aluminum profile of the fan.
4. The heat insulation strip should use polyamide 66(that is, Polyamide66, commonly known as nylon 66).
5. Glass warm edge strip: A warm edge strip should be set around the double insulating glass cavity to block the heat dissipation channel of the glass cavity.
6. In areas with high heat transfer coefficient requirements, thermal insulation materials can be added in the profile heat insulation chamber according to the project positioning to meet the K value requirements.
7. Outer door: The outer flat door leading to the garden on the first floor of the house should have a threshold, it is forbidden to have no threshold, and the bottom of the door should be closed with a brush. The double open exterior door of the first floor of the house leading to the garden shall be occluded and overlapped after closing, and shall not be closed with a brush.
Safety technical requirements
1. Glass buckle: The glass buckle should be installed on the indoor side. It is forbidden to turn the inner window into an outer window so that the buckle is installed on the outdoor side to ensure the requirements of anti-theft, safety, glass replacement, and no potential leakage.
Wrong approach: The inner opening window is turned into the outer opening window, and the buckle is installed on the outdoor side.
Correct approach: Open the window outside, buckle on the inside
2. Lock point: In order to improve the wind pressure strength and anti-theft performance of the external window, the external window should be multi-point lock. The lock point should meet the requirements of the hardware manufacturer's design and installation manual.
3. The size of the outer door of the unit entrance should not be too large to ensure the reliability of hardware accessories such as hinges and avoid safety accidents.
Attached frame construction
1. The gap between the outside of the attached frame and the wall should be uniform and should be controlled at 10 ~ 15mm. The fixed installation position of the attached frame should meet the following requirements: the distance between the corners should not be greater than 150mm, the center distance between the rest of the fixed plate should not be greater than 500mm, and the distance between the center of the fixed point and the wall fixed point and the wall edge should not be less than 50mm.
2. Frame plug: The gap between the steel frame and the main structure should be filled with dry cement mortar to ensure compaction, and it is strictly prohibited to fill with blowing agent. Do the "alpha Angle (figure 8)" on the outside. Apply 1.2 thick waterproof paint.
The main frame fan installation construction
The main frame and window sash are processed and assembled in the factory, which can improve the processing accuracy, thus improving the air tightness and water tightness of the whole window.
1. After the plug is completed, check the window specifications, model opening form, opening direction, mounting hole orientation and assembly accessories according to the design drawings. If deformation is found, it is strictly prohibited to install the wall.
2. Use regular gaskets to ensure that the gap between the aluminum alloy window frame and the steel auxiliary frame is less than 10, and the surrounding gap is uniform.
3. Check the perpendicularity and levelness diagonal of the front and side of the aluminum alloy window frame, and report for inspection and evaluation in time after passing.
4. Clean the main frame and glue the outer frame
4.1. Take the neutral silicone thick-resistant sealant of the specified color according to the regulations, clean the connection area between the wall and the door and window within 10mm with a brush and dry cloth, paste the paper, glue it, smooth it with hands or tools, tear off the paper, and make local adjustments.
4.2. Note: When the exterior wall is a coating finish, the outer frame adhesive should be bonded with the coating base; When the exterior wall is stone, wall brick, aluminum sheet material, the exterior wall finishing material can not be top dead with the window frame, and it is easy to reserve 2-3mm gap after the window frame glue.

Glass installation
1. Glass installation shall meet the following requirements:
1.1 The glass shall not be in direct contact with the glass groove, and the four sides of the glass shall be padded with pads of different thicknesses.
1.2 Put the glass into the frame fan, and then secure it with a metal buckle.
1.3 Both ends of the aluminum alloy window fasteners are splined at 90°(or 45°), and the installation must be smooth and even.
2. The glass is fixed by double-sided gluing. Wipe the buckle, outer frame gluing surface and glass surface with a dry cloth before gluing.
3. Use the finished rubber strip: Install the rubber Angle first, and the length of the rubber strip is 2 ~ 3mm longer than the actual length to prevent the shrinkage of the rubber strip after aging. Use special glue to glue the glue corner and adhesive strip into a whole; It is strictly prohibited to cut the adhesive strip out of a 45° Angle (constantly open).

Hardware installation
1. The transmission part should be installed in the factory.
2. Hardware and accessories: Install transmission handle lock; Install flat door lock; After installation, the key should be marked according to the serial number.
3. Operating standards and inspection methods: fixed firmly, flexible switch, correct position.
4. Recommend the use of brand hardware, such as SPRAD Shengbolan hardware.
Protection of finished products
1. When the product leaves the factory, the surface of the aluminum material should be covered with film protection, and the protective belt should be tied on the frame fan.
2. Remove the original wrapping paper when installing the aluminum alloy door and window frame fan. Once the installation is corrected and fixed, the protective buckle cover should be installed in the lower part in time (which can play the role of anti-smashing and anti-impact, and the material project is self-determined), and the aluminum alloy main frame and window sash frame should be protected with protective belts to prevent the sputtering mortar corrosion and outdoor rain and dirt pollution.
3. Remove the original protective buckle cover and protective belt before installing the glass, and apply film protection to the glass after the glass is installed. If the exterior facade is involved in welding construction, the outer side of the glass should be painted with water-soluble white paint.
4. Aluminum alloy door (push-pull, internal and external opening), door installation should be arranged in the final construction, during the construction process, the door must be hard protection, to prevent the construction process of the door damage deformation.
5 Aluminum alloy film protective layer time should not be too long, generally 3 months in summer, winter for 6 months (or subject to product performance), more than this period should be replaced protective film.
